Both the Dreame V11 and the V11 Animal come with screens that provide you with information and allow you to control the modes and settings. The Dyson V11 Animal comes with an LCD screen while the Xiaomi Dreame V11 sports an OLED display.

The Xiaomi Dreame V11 comes with three modes, an Eco mode, a Standard, and a High power mode. The Dyson V11 Animal similarly has three modes namely, Eco, Auto, and Boost mode with Eco being the least powerful, while Boost being the most powerful.

While both vacuum cleaners have equally powerful motors, they don’t come with the same suction power. The Dyson V11 Animal has a suction power of 185 AW which is higher than the 150 A of suction power found on the Xiaomi Dreame V11. Theoretically, this means that the Dyson V11 will do cleaning a bit better when it comes to carpets, blankets, etc. But in practice both perform similarly and they clean very well.

Hard Floor - When it comes to hard floor cleaning, both the Xiaomi and the Dyson perform similarly and clean everything on their path. If you only have hard flooring, then you can't go wrong with either handheld vacuum cleaner.

So, if you have a large home, I would advise you to invest in Dyson, but the Xiaomi Dreame V11 will be enough for most homes. Removal of these storages is easy too, you can just click on the latch and they will pop out. When it comes to cleaning performance, both vacuum cleaners are evenly matched, but Dyson takes the edge here because it comes with a larger bin, but at the cost of weighing a lot more. Let’s talk about the battery life of these vacuum cleaners as they are cordless. The Dyson V11 Animal can run up to 60 minutes in its Eco mode. But when you run it on Boost mode, it will last a max of 10 minutes only. And in Auto mode, the Dyson V11 Animal can run up to 30 minutes on a full charge. This balances battery life and performance making the best mode out of the three.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi Dreame V11 can run up to 90 minutes at a stretch. This is in the lowest power mode. And on the medium mode, the Dreame V11 can go up to 30 minutes of vacuuming. And the highest power mode, the Dreame V11 matches the V11 Animals' battery life of 10 minutes.

So, here too, both Vacuum cleaners are evenly matched, with Xiaomi offering better battery life only when running in Eco mode. I would give the edge to Xiaomi but only just as I feel like they are very similar in battery life in their respective medium modes.

This is a hard comparison, I feel like both products in comparison are great products. They get everything right and very little sets them up apart until you consider the price. Both products perform and clean very well, with a slight edge over the Dyson V11 Animal.

Both products come with all the attachments you will ever need, they are also evenly matched when it comes to features like a display and washable filters. The Xiaomi Dreame V11 does edge out the Dyson V11 Animal when it comes to battery life but only by a little. And while the Xiaomi Dreame V11 is lightweight, the Dyson V11 Animal includes a larger dust bin.

I would call it a draw between the two products but there is still one aspect left for comparison and that is price. The Xiaomi Dreame V11 comes in at 400$ while the Dyson V11 Animal costs 549$. This makes me recommend the Xiaomi Dreame V11 without any gestation over the Dyson V11 Animal. The Xiaomi Dreame V11 blows the Dyson V11 Animal out of the water, there is no competition in my opinion when factoring in price and value for money.
